江蘇省將對從上海入境來蘇人員實(shí)施有條件“7+7”轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)隔離措施
根據(jù)國家統(tǒng)一部署和長三角涉外疫情聯(lián)防聯(lián)控聯(lián)動(dòng)機(jī)制工作要求，自8月2日零時(shí)起，對從上海機(jī)場入境來江蘇人員實(shí)施接轉(zhuǎn)和隔離健康觀察。
來蘇人員從上海浦東機(jī)場入境后，由上海市進(jìn)行信息采集和登記，統(tǒng)一安排至指定酒店進(jìn)行集中隔離健康觀察。在集中隔離健康觀察的第5天由上海市安排進(jìn)行采樣和核酸檢測，檢測結(jié)果呈陰性的，在上海集中隔離滿7天后，由我省安排專人專車從上海隔離點(diǎn)閉環(huán)接駁至昆山中轉(zhuǎn)基地。各設(shè)區(qū)市政府在昆山中轉(zhuǎn)基地接收擬赴本地人員，并組織專人專車閉環(huán)接回，繼續(xù)集中隔離健康觀察7天，落實(shí)后續(xù)防控措施。

According to the coordinated arrangementsof the central leadership and in light of the requirements of the jointmechanism for foreign-related COVID-19 prevention and control in the YangtzeRiver Delta, Jiangsu-bound travelers who have entered China via airports inShanghai will be transferred for quarantine and health observation startingfrom 00:00 on August 2.
Jiangsu-bound travelers entering China viaShanghai Pudong International Airport will be transported by dedicated vehiclesto designated hotels for quarantine and health observation after theirinformation has been collected and put on record by Shanghai city. Sampling andnucleic acid testing will be carried out by Shanghai on the fifth day ofquarantine. Those tested negative will be transferred from quarantine sites inShanghai to the Kunshan Transfer Base by dedicated staff and vehicles ofJiangsu Province in a seamless and hermetic manner when their seven-dayquarantine period is over. Governments of the cities under the provincialgovernment will pick up travelers bound for the respective cities at theKunshan Transfer Base and transport them by dedicated staff and vehicles in aseamless and hermetic manner to their destinations where they will be put underisolated health observation for another seven days as follow-up prevention andcontrol steps.
江蘇省は上海から江蘇省へ向かう入國者を?qū)澫螭摔工霔l件づけの「7＋7」乗継隔離措置を?qū)g施する
國家の統(tǒng)一指導(dǎo)及び長江デルタ地域?qū)澩飧腥居璺肋B動(dòng)メカニズムによると、8月2日0時(shí)より、上海の空港から江蘇省へ向かう入國者を?qū)澫螭摔工雭\継と隔離?健康観察措置を?qū)g施することになるという。
具體的には、江蘇省へ向かう入國者は上海浦東空港に入國後、上海市側(cè)による情報(bào)収集?登録をされてから、指定ホテルで統(tǒng)一的に集中隔離と健康観察を受ける。集中隔離と健康観察の5日目に上海市側(cè)による検體採取とPCR検査を受け、検査の結(jié)果が陰性である場合、上海市での集中隔離と健康観察の7日間後、江蘇省による専用車で上海市內(nèi)の隔離ホテルから直接昆山市の乗り継ぎ場所まで移動(dòng)する。その後、區(qū)を設(shè)けた各市政府が昆山市の乗り継ぎ場所で各市へ向かう入國者を受け入れ、市の専用車で直接各市へ向かい、引き続き7日間の集中隔離と健康観察を受ける等、予防?抑制対策を行われるという。
